The reason for the very poor Quality Free-To-Air Digital TV Signal can be caused by the degradation or failure of any component between your TV and the TV antenna.
Interference is very common problem Particularly the 4G, 5G and LTE signals that are broadcast on the same RF UHF spectrum, that is shared with the same UHF spectrum as the Free-To-Air Terrestrial Digital TV spectrum.
Corrosion is probably the most common problem on the Sunshine Coast, from the salty sea air that drifts from the ocean to the land. The moist salt air sticks to the metal surfaces causing corrosion of the TV Antenna and the TV antenna mount, eventually the corrosion eats through the metal fittings and fixings and then things start falling apart, which results in very poor Digital TV Signal which results in Pixelation of the Digital TV Picture.
